This is a frequently asked question to us.
If you are already doing any of the above especially with an estate agent you will have a contract between yourself and the service provided.
Contract types as follows:
Sole Selling means your estate agent is the only agent with the right to sell your house. Even if you sell the property yourself, you still need to pay the commission to the agent.
Sole Agency also means as above but this time if you sell the property yourself, you do not pay commission to the agent.
Multi Agency means that you can choose more than one estate agents or service to promote your house but you only pay commission to the agency that sells your property.
Ready, Willing and Able purchaser contracts. If an estate agent finds you a buyer and you later withdraw from the sale, you still have to pay commission to that agent.
As we are not an estate agent and if your contract is either 2,3 or 4 you can still promote your property with Build Cyprus.
